Help and privacy

For help, use the general email address or phone number. Describe your concern and, if needed, provide the account email address. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or recovery codes.

Send privacy enquiries to the privacy contact. We will agree any necessary proof of authorisation with you; do not send unsolicited copies of identity documents.

Reporting content and raising objections

The general email address is the contact point for authorities and users, as well as for content reports and objections to measures. Communication is possible in German or English.

Identify the content, its exact location or identifier, the reason for the report and, generally, your name and a reachable email address. Confirm that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. For reports concerning offences under Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU on the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children, name and email address are not required. Do not send other people's credentials or unnecessarily distribute the reported content.

If an electronic contact address is provided, we acknowledge receipt without undue delay. We review reports promptly and carefully and communicate the decision and available remedies.
